Rachel Wolfe-Goldsmith

Rachel Wolfe-Goldsmith (born January 13th, 1991) is an American figure painter, illustrator and muralist. Her paintings explore themes of human emotion, fantasy and adventure, movement, and connection to the organic world.

Wolfe-Goldsmith employs a juxtaposition between intricate brushstrokes and delicate detail, using transparent layers to create depth and illusion. Her paintings, whether depicting the depths of space or the inner city, organic biology or architecture, Wolfe-Goldsmith's subject matter plucks the heartstrings and soothes the soul, beckoning us to explore the uncharted territories of the mind.

Wolfe-Goldsmith's work has been shaped through a plethora of cultural influences, being of both  African-American and Jewish heritage, and an avid world traveler. She has painted in Europe and Central America, executed murals from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, and displays her work in galleries throughout Oregon and California. Wolfe currently resides in various locations on the West Coast of the U.S.
